Account & Data Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data (including your Name, Email address, and User ID) from the S-RootWords app, please follow one of the methods below.
Method 1: Inside the App (Recommended & Fastest)
You can instantly delete your account directly within the app:
- Open the S-RootWords app on your device.
- Navigate to the Settings or Profile section.
- Tap on the "Delete Account" button.
- Confirm your action. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers immediately.
Method 2: Web Request (Via Email)
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request manual data deletion:
- Send an email to: support@s-eduforge.com
- Important: You must send the email from the exact Google or Apple email address associated with your S-RootWords account.
- Subject: Account Deletion Request - S-RootWords
* Please allow up to 7-14 business days for us to process manual email requests. Once processed, all your personal data and learning progress will be permanently erased.
